Estos zumos verdes tienen un extraordinario valor nutritivo, llenos de clorofila, vitaminas y minerales. Estos súper verdes nos aportan una salud estupenda y son un excelente apoyo a nuestra longevidad.

¿Cómo benefician a nuestra salud?
Algunos efectos beneficiosos que notaremos en cuanto comencemos a tomar zumos verdes serán sobre nuestros huesos, dientes, cabello y uñas, volverán a su estado natural recuperando su vitalidad.
Estos zumos aportarán un pH idóneo a nuestro organismo, proporcionando alcalinidad a nuestra sangre, evitando la acidificación producida por una mala alimentación, exceso de medicación, etc.
Proporcionan un calcio de fácil asimilación, esto es importante para todas las personas que no quieren abusar de los lácteos, padecen de alergia a las proteínas de la leche o simplemente no los quieren consumir.
Son ricos en hierro orgánico (sobre toda la hierba de trigo), sodio, potasio y magnesio, todos minerales imprescindibles para un buen funcionamiento de nuestro organismo.

¿Qué ingredientes llevan?
Usamos frutas, hortalizas, verduras de hoja verde, brotes y semillas de germinados (ej. de alfalfa, rabanito, cebada, etc.), frutos secos, algas (ej. chlorella, espirulina, etc.), una cucharada de algún suplemento dietético como el polen de abeja, jalea real fresca, levadura de cerveza, germen de trigo, etc.
Como ves, hay un sinfín de posibilidades.
Nuestra receta
Vamos a elaborar un zumo verde de temporada, donde están presentes las manzanas y las espinacas.
Ingredientes
1/2 planta de espinacas lavada 4 manzanas peladas 1 plátano 1/2 lima pelada 2 tazas de agua filtrada o mineral preferiblemente
Elaboración
Metemos todos los ingredientes en una batidora o robot de cocina, trituramos bien, mezclamos y servimos.
Se recomienda que comencemos a beber nuestro greener enseguida para aprovechar todas sus propiedades. Prueba tomarlo en sorbitos pequeños, disfrutando de su sabor. Si nos parece que está fuerte de sabor podemos echarle un poco más de agua.
