He recibido miles de buenos deseos desde que anuncié mi pelea contra Pacquiao

Realmente no oigo muchas críticas de los aficionados sobre mi estilo de pelear. Creo que disfrutan de mi estilo físico. Yo voy por ello cada vez que peleo. Me gusta la acción, tanto como a ellos. Estoy de acuerdo con Manny Pacquiao en que creo que los fans que compran un boleto o la pelea en televisión merecen ser entretenidos. Dar un buen espectáculo cada vez que estoy en el ring es casi tan importante como ganar.

Los fanáticos del boxeo saben lo que traigo a la mesa. Esperan lo mejor de mí cada vez que entro al ring. Estoy invicto y he sido campeón mundial desde 2008. Dos veces he unificado el título del peso welter junior. En todo caso, creo que mi popularidad está creciendo debido a mi estilo de pelear. Desde el anuncio de mi combate con Manny Pacquiao, estoy inundado con buenos deseos de los aficionados de todo el mundo, entre ellos Filipinos. Si cambio algo en mi estilo de pelea no es porque quiero ser popular, es porque quiero ganar. Hay cosas que no se pueden evitar en una pelea y no son intencionales. Espero que los fans puedan reconocer mis habilidades antes que las fallas. Me considero un estudiante de boxeo. Un estudiante-deportista. Cuando estoy entrenando o viendo la cinta, espero construir sobre actuaciones anteriores--para mejorar. Eso es lo que me motiva a trabajar más. Me mantiene fresco. Mis entrenamientos son siempre diferentes y estimulantes.

Porque hay una cláusula de revancha en nuestro contrato de pelea tengo que vencer a Manny Pacquiao otra vez en noviembre. Después de eso, deseo pelear con los boxeadores de élite como Juan Manuel Marquez, Floyd Mayweather y cualquiera que mi equipo y manager crean que me construirá un legado como unos de los mejores que entro al ring.
