El día que Juanes se bañó

Todos nos quedamos boca abierta cuando supimos que Juanes estaría en los Grammys americanos, no lo esperábamos. Sí a JLo y Pitbull ,ellos están pegados y en la cima de nuestra música, pero ¿¿JUANES?? él viene en baja en el mercado, sin grandes éxitos, sin novedades musicales, ni esta en su mejor momento. Pero ahí lo vimos, vestido como jamás antes y cantando en inglés. Ese fue el día que Juanes se bañó.

Pero para el que no lo sabe, él empezó en Los Angeles, no en Colombia. El aprendió de potrillo cómo se maneja el lobby con los americanos y desde hace años, le pasa "la mano" a la academia...

Todo el año se la pasa colaborando y apoyando cada evento y ya los americanos, más o menos saben que hay un Juanes que les cae simpático.

Muy inteligente el "parce", caído en el mercado latino, se pega a los americanos para volver al mercado español. Tan así de loobista fue, que se bañó, se vistió de gala, se perfumó ahí estuvo como un señorito inglés....

¿Se merecía Juanes ser la mejor preoducción musical pop latina por un acústico del "chingui chingui" de la camisa negra? ¿tiene Juanes la profundidad que él dice que tiene?, ¿su música y letras son para la historia?

Yo creo que no. Juanes es marketing y lobby, siempre lo ha sido. Él siempre quiso ser Shakira, siempre estuvo comparado con ella en éxito en intencional y expansión. Muchos rumores me llegaron de Colombia como esta guerra era más grande de lo que pintaba, desde las sonadas en la radio, hasta una sospechosa mala imagen creada en contra de Shakira desde su país natal.

El producto JUANES fue sobreexpuesto, sobrevendido, eran demasiados Latin Grammy, demasiados eventos, y el erróneo concierto en Cuba por la "PAZ", que fue solo para un gusto personal, embarcando a otros músicos y generar un desgaste político.

Yo le vi la cara a Juanes, yo estuve ahí cerca del escenario, cuando el miro en la plaza de la Revolución, la cara del CHE GUEVARA pintada en el edifico del ejercito castrista y se le aguaron los ojos y dijo "¡este era mi sueno!".

Por décadas pareció que el único músico colombiano que existía era él. El pobre Fonseca y Cabas tratando de sobrevivir bajo el ala del producto Juanes y su excelente manager Fernán Martínez , que ya no esta con él.

Incluso recuerdo que el último Premio Juventud, los productores le pidieron que toque un tema viejo porque el nuevo nadie lo conocía. No entiendo por qué las disqueras quieren rescatar viejos vendedores, cuando hay muchos nuevos caballos en la línea de largada.

En fin, espero que en el próximo evento latino continúe bañadito y perfumado como con los americanos. Claro que los Grammys son espectaculares y los latinos están producidos con un pobre despliegue y una alfombra desordenada siempre. Pero Juanes acá te esperamos siempre y cuando haga música nueva, se renueve y traiga algo más creativo, a Juanes le pido: ¡Qué cambie de camiseta y se olive de Shakira y su mega carrera internacional!, hay que volver a la música y a crear.

Javier Ceriani te remiendo que "investigues" bien antes de escribir articulos de pacotilla con este.Para tu informacion Juanes comenzo su carrera artistica en Colombia con un grupo musical del cual era solista y no en L.A. Por otro lado te recomiendo que te mires en un espejo y te des cuenta que tu imagen es muy "loba" y necesitas un asesor de imagen con caracter URGENTE.

Dios nos libre de un Juanes perfumado a lo Shakira! Por nada del mundo nos gustaria un Juanes "lobo", con el cabello rubio, y con una personalidad tan arrogante y decepcionante como la de Shakira. Juanes tuvo un bajon en su carrera musical despues de Parce, pero indudablemente su capacidad de escribir, cantar y tocar canciones es algo que perdio hace mucho tiempo su compatriota femenina. Los dos son marcas musicales, muy diferentes, afortunadamente, y la verdad no tienen punto de comparacion. Respeto su punto de vista, pero creo que poco conoce del gusto latino por sus artistas, donde no solo se valora su capacidad artistica, sino su calidad como ser humano.

5 cosas nomas:
1. Juanes es un excelente cantautor, pero lamentablemente en los últimos años ese talento que mostró en ese primer album como solista, como que se esfumó. A mí me fascinaba ese disco, hasta hoy en día es el album favorito de Juanes. Me convertí en fan.
2. ¿Por qué quiere cantar en inglés!? Como fan, le ruego a Juanes que primero haga buena música en español y verá que el 'crossover' en inglés no será necesario. Por tantos años dijo que no necesitaba cantar en inglés, ¿qué cambió!? Como fan, yo estoy un poco decepcionada.
3. Eso de Shakira..hmmm como no creo. Juanes es mejor, pero si sigue así, pasarán a ser iguales.
4. Juanes necesita ponerse a trabajar y volver a se nivel que tenía en Ekhymosis y al principio de su carrera como solista!!
5. El artículo dice cosas ciertas, pero yo aún le tengo fe a Juanes, he sido fan por ya un montón de años y pues en USA empieza el tour en unos meses y pues yo iré a verlo en SF porque quiero para verlo bañadito y perfumadito, como dice usted ;)

Lamentable que un medio de comunicación como éste se preste para publicar un escrito tan pobre. El sujeto que escribió el texto que se refiere a Juanes no debe ser periodista por las infantiles fallas en las que incurre y que, sin lugar a dudas, un estudiante de 1er semestre de periodismo no las cometería. Este texto, deja ver que el individuo que lo escribió no tiene ni idea del significado del acto de documentarse al que está obligado un periodista; para este sujeto la acción de reciprocidad y equidad a la que está obligado un periodista con las personas sobre las que escribe es un hecho totalmente desconocido o ignorado; no tiene ni idea que los periodistas están llamados a construir con la verdad y tiene prohibido destruir con la mentira y la calumnia. El sujeto autor de este texto, tan vulgar, solamente revela una vez más la bajeza con la que trata de ganar audiencia. Y pensar que hay verdaderos valores y brillantes periodistas que harían de este medio de comunicación una verdadera opción entre tanto diario y sitio de noticias tan mediocres que existen.

Estoy en total discordancia con lo escrito por el señor Ceriani, ademas que su investigación es errónea y difamadora con argumentos incorrectos como el que la carrera del canta-autor Colombiano comenzó en la ciudad de Los Angeles, cuando en realidad comenzó en Colombia con su banda de rock Equimosis; el tono de este articulo se ve manchado de envidia y resentimiento por la obvia cercanía al ex-"excelente" manager Fernán Martínez con Javier Ceriani, forma a la cual se refiere el periodista al ex-manejador de Juanes, al cual si algo tiene de cierto su articulo y Juanes venia de baja en el mercado, este bajón se lo debía a la no tan excelente gerencia del señor Martinez. Todos estos argumentos para difamar al artista Colombiano son personales y no tienen fundamentos musicales. Cual es su problema señor Criani? como es que en vez de sentir orgullo o por lo menos simpatía por un Talento Latinoamericano que no hace mas que poner en alto la música de habla hispana usted se dedica a "bajonear" a una de las pocas insignias que le dan buen nombre a nuestra música.

Juanes no necesita cantar en ingles para ser exitoso y ni comparación con Shakira que desde hace años su música es mediocre, hueca, y sin sentido. Juanes a llegado hasta donde a llegado por su talento y sencilles. Si este llamado "periodista" "blogger" o lo que usted sea si no sabe nada acerca de un un gran y verdadero artista como lo es juanes mejor haga el favor de callarse!

Sr. Ceriani,
Que articulo mas mal redactado y con toda la falta de objetividad del mundo.
Entiendo que en su gusto personal musical no le agrede, ni le interese Juanes, pero me parece de muy mal gusto su tono de odio y envía en contra del cantautor Colombiano.
Por favor investigue un poco mas y verifique sus fuentes de información, antes de escribir cualquier otra articulo en este respetado website.

Tal vez ud. sólo ha escuchado "A dios le pido", pero Juanes tiene muchas canciones y con letras realmente pronfundas, le recomiendo que escuche "Sueños" o "Bandera de manos", y a diferencia de Shakira, Juanes no se va a vender con un disco completo en inglés ni mucho menos va a ser un "loco, rabioso o lobo". Antes de hablar de un artista, debería investigar un poco mas.

Supongo que usted ni colombiano sera, porque si fuera colombiano sabría que Juanes empezó en Colombia con su grupo Ekimosis, también sabría que en Colombia a él lo quieren mas a Shakira, que el es genuino y que a diferencia de Shakira no ha tenido que cambiar su estilo para "conquistar" el mercado americano... Y el único bobo que se quedo con la boca abierta por ver a Juanes en los Grammy tubo que haber sido usted, y también supongo que escribe de gratis poique como editor de noticias nunca le pagaría a alguien por escribir y mucho menos publiocar esta porquería de articulo. Respete y sino sabe como hacerlo aprenda .

Lamento decirles a los que estan en contra del comentarista...que el tiene la razon, las letras de Juanes realmente no son nada de otro mundo....sus ultimas canciones no dicen nada.....esta apagado...Shakira...aun sin tener talento..ni cantar bien.....le ha ido mucho mejor......

Pura envidia. Y con todo respete yo es cucho a Shakira es solo espectaculo, nada de voz es un desastre...lo peor es que cada día se elige mas ese tipo de espectaculo en donde solo se aprecia luz, movimiento de cuerpo y playback. No los que realmente cantan y tienen talento, yo prefiero mil veces ir a un concierto de Juanes antes que al concierto de Shakira.
