Uruguay's President Jose Mujica sits outside his home during an interview on the outskirts of Montevideo, Uruguay, Friday, May 2, 2014. Mujica said Friday that his countryâs legal marijuana market will be much better than Coloradoâs, where he says the rules are based on âfictionâ and âhypocrisyâ because the state loses track of the drug once itâs sold and many people fake illnesses to get prescription weed. Mujica says this wonât be allowed in Uruguay, where the licensed and regulated market will be much less permissive with drug users. (AP Photo/Matilde Campodonico)
