Un estudiante estadounidense acaba de pasar 30 días siguiendo la "dieta de los bichos", por la que comía insectos tres veces al día.

Camren Brantley-Ríos dice que las carnes tradicionales, de cerdo y ternera, son insostenibles, y quería probar lo que muchos consideran ya que será la dieta del futuro.

"Para la cena me tomaba gusanos de la harina con arroz frito. Estaba muy bueno. Aderezaba los gusanos con salsa de soya".
