El mexicano es tragón por naturaleza. Además, un buen mexicano está completamente enamorado de su variada y deliciosa gastronomía. Para los nacidos en la tierra del maíz, el nopal y el chile, no hay momento más maravilloso que el de sentarse a comer. Pero ojo, hay cosas que el experto comilón no soporta --empezando porque tarden en servirle lo que pidió o ver a alguien comiéndose un taco con cubiertos.
Si tienes pensado celebrar cualquier evento con comida mexicana, toma nota de estas 17 cosas que un azteca no puede tolerar bajo ninguna circunstancia:
1. Que a esto le digan taco:
Por favor, no nos insulten.
En serio, éste es nuestro kit de supervivencia.
3. Que se acaben las tortillas.
Sólo un bolillo podría evitar nuestra miseria.
4. Que no haya botanita para ver el fútbol.
Es parte indispensable del ritual de sentarse a ver la televisión.
5. Que las enchiladas no piquen.
Si vamos a llorar y moquear tiene que ser por una buena razón.
6. Un fin de semana sin garnachas.
Flautas, sopes, huaraches, tlacoyos, gorditas de chicharrón, quesadillas... LO QUE SEA.
7. Un desayuno sin pan dulce.
8. Que te sirvan el pozole frío.
Y obviamente, la mesa tiene que lucir justo así.
9. Que la cerveza esté caliente.
Hacer calor. Tenemos sed. No se vale.
10. Que se acaben los tamales "de verde".
Porque la "guajolota" con tamal de dulce no es lo mismo.
11. Una taquiza sin frijoles.
12. Una carne asada o parrillada sin pico de gallo o guacamole.
Y tiene que haber al menos una cubeta llena.
13. Cuaresma o Navidad sin romeritos.
Se preparan dos veces al año, o sea, TIENE QUE HABER.
14. Que no haya limón para los tacos.

15. Que no haya sal en la mesa.
No importa si la comida ya tiene sal.
16. Que no haya agua de sabor o refresco para acompañar la comida.
Comer con agua simple APESTA.
17. Que no haya verdura para el consomé o para la birria.
Es como la cereza del pastel.
