Todo se encuentra listo para que dé inicio el Torneo Apertura 2013 del futbol mexicano, donde los reflectores estarán puestos en el desempeño de los cuatro equipos ‘grandes’ de este balompié: América, Chivas, Cruz Azul y Pumas. Y una probadita de lo que puede esperarse de ellos en la justa ya se vio en la pretemporada, siendo el cuadro rojiblanco el que mejor salió librado.

Mientras que Guadalajara no conoció la derrota en sus ocho partidos que disputó previo al torneo, América y Cruz Azul no mostraron su mejor cara y fueron bastante irregulares, quedándole a deber a sus respectivas aficiones; mientras que Pumas decepcionó, pues todos sus partidos los perdió.

AMÉRICA
El timonel americanista Miguel Herrera sabe que el objetivo principal de este cuadro para el certamen es ir por el bicampeonato, sin importar que para este certamen se le haya ido su mejor hombre en la delantera (Christian Benítez); sin embargo, el mismo entrenador ha dicho en diferentes foros que confía ciegamente en su nueva delantera para alcanzar su cometido.

"Tengo plena confianza de que los delanteros que tengo disponibles lograrán los tantos que el ecuatoriano aportó para el reciente título de las Águilas. Luis Gabriel Rey se mostró muy bien; Mina está jugando bastante bien; Jiménez lo está haciendo correctamente y Tony López sigue respondiendo con goles", señaló el llamado ‘Piojo’ Herrera.

CHIVAS
El director técnico Benjamín Galindo entiende que no hay mañana para él, tiene claro que su equipo tendrá que funcionar desde su primer partido, y rápidamente hacer olvidar con buenos resultados el torneo pasado. Todo indica que con la pretemporada que tuvo su escuadra va por buen camino, por lo que ahora tendrá que reflejarlo en el torneo que está por comenzar.

"Vamos a luchar y vamos a pelear por tratar de volver a los primeros lugares, sabemos que no será fácil, de que hay muy buenos equipos en la liga, pero nosotros realmente nos armamos bien y nos preparamos para el inicio del torneo", dijo el estratega rojiblanco.

CRUZ AZUL
En el Clausura 2013, la escuadra de La Máquina se quedó a tan solo segundos del título, pero América al final les arrebató el tan anhelado sueño; pero para este Apertura 2013, los dirigidos por Guillermo Vázquez Jr quieren tener un excelente torneo, con la ilusión de repetir lo hecho en el certamen pasado.

“Queremos el título, vengo a buscarlo; Cruz Azul es un equipo grande, así que voy a buscar muchos campeonatos, muchas estrellas y qué más que con un equipo grande como lo es éste”, dijo la flamante contratación para este Apertura 2013, Joao Rojas.

PUMAS
Con sólo dos refuerzos y la continuidad de la mayoría del plantel, los felinos esperan volver al protagonismo en este nuevo campeonato. El cuadro universitario se la volverá a jugar con los jóvenes canteranos; sin embargo, esta vieja fórmula no le ha dado buenos dividendos en los últimos años, pues ya lo dejó fuera de la Liguilla en tres torneos seguidos.

"Estamos dolidos porque no pudimos ganar en los partidos de pretemporada, pero ya pasó y estamos listos para encarar el torneo; es cierto que estamos un poco distantes del nivel que se quiere, pero veo a los chavos muy dispuestos, y eso es una gran ventaja", expresó el timonel Antonio Torres Servín, luego de la pésima temporada que tuvieron.
