En la 55 entrega de los Grammy Awards la gran estrella fue la música, haciendo reinar grandes momentos como el regreso de Justin Timberlake, el homenaje a Bob Marley, el recuerdo a Jenni Rivera y la actuación con un significado más que especial de Juanes.

Claro, no faltaron los momentos divertidos como el de Jennifer Lopez y Pitbull que se burlaron de las nuevas regalas de vestimenta de Grammy y CBS y los emotivos como el recuerdo de Elton John a los niños y las maestras que murieron en la masacre de Newton. A continuación un recuento de unas de las mejores noches en la historia de los Grammys.

ASÍ COMENZARON LOS PREMIOS: MINUTO A MINUTO

La noche de los Grammy Awards 2013 abrió a lo grande con el show de Tylor Swift, seguido por el presentador LL Cool J quien recordó a los que ya no están como Whitney Houston y Michael Jackson y sin permitir ni un parpadeo llegó Ed Sheeran y Elton John.

La primera nota de comicidad de la noche la dieron Jennifer Lopez y Pitbull, quienes haciendo referencia a las nuevas regalas de Grammy sobre la forma de vestirse y de "no mostrar" la Diva del Bronx mostró con simpatía la pierna que dejó muy al descubierto "Con llamados de atención o sin ellos esto es una fiesta" dijo para dar lugar a la entrega del primero premio de la noche.

Mejor Performance para Adele por "Set Fire to the Rain" y al subir al escenario la recién mamá recibió un "I love You" de parte de JLo que la sorprendió por completo.

Fun canta "Carry On" y la música country llegó con Dierks Bentley y Miranda Lambert que pusieron al auditorio en silencio por unos minutos.

Uno de los premios más importantes de la noche: Canción del Año fue para Fun por "We Are Young" que agradecieron no solo el premio sino el apoyo. Pero quien despertó los gritos y suspiros fue el que el siguió Johnny Depp que parece no poder desprenderse de su personaje de "Piratas del Caribe". Presentó a Mumford & Sons.

Sin duda el momento más esperado: el regreso de Justin Timberlake presentado por nada más y nada menos que Ellen DeGeneres y Beyoncé.

Con una gran orquesta, comenzando en blanco y negro y luciendo un impecable traje, Justin demostró que el lugar que tiene lo tiene bien ganado.

Mejor Album Contemporaneo Urbano para Frank Ocean por el tema "Channel Orange" que se lo dedicó a su mamá, su manager y a todos sus seguidores.

Otro gran momento de unas Grammys que están dando clase de música y show: Alicia Keys y Maroon 5 juntos encendieron el escenario de talento, carisma y hasta romanticismo, al punto que todo el auditorio se puso de pie para aplaudirlos.

El instante de paz, con su dulce voz, su sensual melodía lo puso justamente la más controvertida de todas Rihanna y una vez más sus colegas y el público se pararon para agradecer tanto talento.

Black Keys le puso el ritmo fuerte y la ganadora de la noche Kelly Clarkson, enamoró con su voz y su talento.

Otro de los momentos esperados y el que quizás sea el mejor en la historia completa de Grammys: el homenaje a Bob Marley. La unión de Bruno Mars, Sting, Damian Marley, Ziggy Marley y Rihanna que no solo pusieron a bailar de pie a todo el auditori, sino a cantar a todos sus colegas con ellos.

La juventud volvió a reinar en el escenario con el premio a Mejor Grupo Nuevo para Fun y Carrie Underwood presentada por Hunter Hayes.

Grabación del Año, fue tan importante el premio como la aparición en el escenario de quien lo entregó: Prince. Y el emocionado Gotye se llevó el galardón por "Somebody That I Used to Know".

El homenaje a los que ya no están en este mundo al casi final de la noche, entre ella a la recordada Jenni Rivera y el "Flaco" Spinetta. Elton John y otros músicos a cargo del tributo. Antes, Sir John le dedicó unas palabras a los niños y las maestras asesinado en la escuela de Newton.

"La música no tiene lenguaje", comenzó diciendo en inglés Juanes antes de su presentación en la que cantó un covers de Elton John al que le puso su toque de español, pero sin duda lo que más llamó la atención fue su elegancia.

Juanes le dio el paso a Frank Ocean, que no hizo su mejor actuación, ni eligió la mejor ropa y la imagen de las piernas corriendo sumaban a la distracción de un par de gallitos.

Mumford & Sons se llevan el Mejor Album del Año y el cierre fue a puro rap con el propio LL Cool J, Tom Morello, Travis Barker, Chuck D y Z-Trip. Fin de una noche donde sin duda brilló la música.
