Los focos rojos se empiezan a encender en el conjunto de Chivas, pues continúa sin poder ganar en el Torneo Clausura 2013, ya que de nueva cuenta dejó escapar una ventaja, luego de solamente poder empatar a un gol ante la escuadra de San Luis.

En este encuentro el equipo jalisciense tuvo todo para poder salir con los brazos en alto, pero de nueva cuenta su falta de contundencia en el primer tiempo fue la clave para salir con este marcador con sabor a derrota; mientras que San Luis, sin emplearse mucho a fondo, solamente aprovechó lo que se le presentó ante el marco rival.

EL JUEGO
En los primeros minutos el juego fue muy parejo, pues tanto el conjunto rojiblanco como el potosino tuvieron asomos en los marcos rivales, pero fue el cuadro visitante el que se vio con mucho mayor peligro, luego de un cabezazo de Mauro Matos.

Chivas poco a poco le fue quitando el balón a su rival y se adueñó por completo de él, pero ese dominio lo logró reflejar hasta el minuto 23 con la anotación de Marco Fabián, quien de media vuelta remató la esférica que le bajó en el área grande Miguel Sabah.

La escuadra rojiblanca copó toda la cancha, pero a sus ataques les faltó profundidad para poder aumentar su ventaja; sin embargo, al 30' Luis Pérez estrelló el balón en el poste en un tiro libre, que no pudo contrarrematar Márquez Lugo cuando se encontraba solo.

Pero la más clara para incrementar la ventaja llegó hasta la parte final de la primera parte (43'), luego de que Fabián no pudo rematar cuando estaba completamente solo, después de un pase de Márquez Lugo que lo dejó con toda la ventaja.

Para la parte complementaria, San Luis salió con otra actitud, por lo que al 54' rápidamente consiguió el gol del empate, luego de un saque de banda por el lado derecho, en la que Matus recibió la pelota en el área grande y, ante la complacencia de su atacante, de media vuelta mandó al fondo.

Chivas con la anotación en contra no tuvo respuesta y su medio campo dejó de funcionar en comparación con los primeros 45 minutos, por lo que ahora fue San Luis la escuadra que llevó la batuta del encuentro, pero sin tener mucha profundidad, lo más cercano fue un tiro libre que pasó cerca de la meta de Michel.

En la parte final, la escuadra tapatía quiso regresar al partido, pero sus ataques fueron con muy poca idea, por lo que el trabajo para la zaga potosina se facilitó y ya no se movió el marcador, por lo que ambos conjuntos continuaron sin poder ganar en el certamen.
