Ronda Rousey se ha encargado de romper esquemas durante su meteórico ascenso al estrellato. Fue la primera mujer estadounidense en ganar la medalla de oro en judo en los Juegos Olímpicos, también la primera en ser firmada por la UFC, la principal organización de Artes Marciales Mixtas. Ahora ha hecho una revelación que también va en contra de lo establecido.

La bella atleta confesó en el show televisivo de Jim Rome a través de Showtime, que el secreto de su éxito radica en tener mucho sexo la noche anterior a sus peleas.

"El sexo hace fluir mucha testosterona en la chicas, así que trato de tener todo el sexo posible antes de pelear", aseguró.

Tras el polémico anuncio matizó: "No es que tenga sexo con cualquiera, no pongo anuncios ni nada parecido, simplemente estoy dispuesta".

Aunque no hay un hecho científico concreto, un estudio de 2009 de la Universidad de Indiana encontró una correlación positiva entre el orgasmo femenino y el incremento en los niveles de testosterona.
