James Franco interpreta al Mago de Oz - antes de convertirse en él en la cinta de Sam Raimi "Oz The Great and Powerful".

Franco es Oscar Diggs, un mago de Kansas que se ve transportado por un tornado a la "mágica tierra de Oz". Ahí, conoce a las tres brujas: Theodora (Mila Kunis), Evanora (Rachel Weisz) y Glinda (Michelle Williams) -- e intenta conseguir su sueño de hacer algo grande con su vida.

Raimi, quien dirigió la primera trilogía de "Spider-Man", se junta con Disney en esta especie de precuela de "El mago de Oz" que se parece un poco a "Alice in Wonderland" de Tim Burton, al menos a nivel visual. Y eso no es casualidad, ya que el proyecto está a cargo de Joe Roth, el mismo productor.

En este segundo avance, vemos más imágenes de la aventura de Franco y su interacción con las tres brujas - adivina cuál de ellas realmente es la "buena". También aparece uno de los monos alados y una pequeña muñeca de porcelana, sus acompañantes - digitales - en la cinta.

"Oz The Great and Powerful", llega a cines el 8 de marzo de 2013.
