LosAngeles(Notimex).- Hace una década el Grammy Latino fue el detonante de mi carrera, la cual ha tenido un camino increíble, aseguró el cantante colombiano Juanes.
El cantautor que ha ganado 17 Grammys Latino, sólo dos menos que Calle 13, el máximo ganador de la historia de esta entrega, recibió este día cinco nominaciones.

“Estas nominaciones significan muchísimo en mi carrera y más porque se me postula por mi primer álbum en vivo”, declaró el cantante en charla con Notimex.
Juanes se presentó en el Teatro Belasco de Los Angeles, en el anuncio de nominados a la XIII entrega del Grammy Latino y cuyos ganadores se conoceran el 15 de noviembre en Las Vegas.
“Este último CD tiene mucho de magia porque pude trabajar con el maestro Juan Luis Guerra y colaboraciones con Joaquín Sabina y Paula Fernandes”, compartió.
“Me emociona mucho porque se gestó en un momento turbio de mi creatividad”, senaló Juanes, quien agregó que este momento lo disfruta mucho más que las primeras nominaciones al Grammy Latino.

“Hace 11 o 12 años me acuerdo que la gente no me conocía y cuando escuchaba mis postulaciones era algo totalmente incierto y me acuerdo que hasta no podía ni respirar”, apuntó.
Juanes reconoció que el haber sido hace una década nominado al Grammy Latino fue el gran detonante de su carrera. “La academia latina ha sido clave para entrar a otro nivel en la música”, aceptó.
“En este momento me siento mucho más feliz que antes y más tranquilo lo que me da la posibilidad de disfrutar el proceso, independientemente de los resultados”, dijo.
Compartió que los conciertos, las listas de popularidad y el activismo “estan conectados en mi carrera y a todos los disfruto en grande”.
“Estar en un concierto con boletaje agotado o ver gozar a mis fans es lo máximo, pero también lo es, estar recluido en el estudio de grabación”, indicó.

“Podría vivir en un estudio de grabación y no salir por días sin necesidad de ver el sol porque es parte de mi vida y de lo que me siento afortunado”, enfatizó.
Con “Juanes MTV unplugged”, está nominado en Album del Año, Grabación del Año y Canción del Año por “Azul Sabina” y en Mejor Video Musical, en formato largo.
Juanes ha sido el creador de éxitos como “Fijate bien”, “La camisa negra” y “Me enamora”, entre muchos más.
