San Sebastián, 22 Sep. (Notimex).- El atacante mexicano Carlos Vela se encuentra listo para ir por más goles en la Liga de España cuando este domingo la Real Sociedad visite al Levante, en duelo de la fecha cinco del torneo.
Vela Garrido fue convocado por el técnico francés Philippe Montanier para medirse al equipo granota en el estadio Ciudad de Valencia y el quintanarroense espera volver hacerse presente en el marcador, tal y como sucedió en la jornada pasada ante Zaragoza.
El mexicano se quitó un poco de presión la semana pasada al anotar su primer tanto de la presente campaña, luego que perforó con un penal la meta del equipo maño, y anhela continuar con esa contundencia en busca de que los "Txuri Urdin" logren su primer triunfo de visitante.
Montanier citó a 16 elementos para encarar al Levante y en su lista tiene varias novedades con el nuevo refuerzo, el uruguayo Gonzalo "Chory" Castro y uno de los referentes Xabi Prieto, ambos delanteros, quienes se recuperaron de sus lesiones, además del defensa Carlos Martínez, quien espera debutar en la temporada.
El estratega recuperó a dos jugadores con características ofensivas, así que Carlos Vela deberá continuar con sus buenas actuaciones como la del fin de semana pasado ya que además de hacer gol, dio asistencia para otro.
Descartó para mañana al atacante Imanol Agirretxe a causa de las recuperaciones de Prieto y Castro, por lo que Vela Garrido no deberá relajarse y sus buenas participaciones serán su garantía para seguir en las convocatorias, en las cuales ha estado desde el inicio de la temporada.
En este comienzo de la Liga de España, la Real Sociedad tiene seis puntos en el undécimo lugar, gracias a que en Anoeta ha sido fuerte, sin embargo deberá empezar a sumar en condición de visitante. Por su lado, el Levante es décimo cuarto con cuatro unidades.
Los vascos sostendrán un partido bastante complicado, toda vez que el Levante llega motivado y con todo el apoyo de su afición ya que el jueves pasado consiguió un triunfo histórico en la Liga Europea contra el Helsinborg de Suecia, en lo que fue el primer duelo oficial de fase de grupos en competición europea para el equipo español.
