Una magistrada dictaminó este martes que la policía de Arizona puede comenzar de inmediato a aplicar la fracción 2b de la polémica ley estatal SB1070.

El fallo de la jueza de distrito, Susan Bolton, marca la primera vez que la policía puede aplicar la cláusula que permite a los oficiales del orden preguntar por el estatus migratorio de quienes sospechen que están en el país de manera indocumentada.
