LONDRES .- La cubana Yanet Bermoy obtuvo el domingo la medalla de plata en el judo, dentro de la categoría de menos de 52 kilogramos, mientras que el georgiano Lasha Shavdatuashvili y la norcoreana Kum Ae An dieron a sus respectivos países sus primeras preseas en Londres 2012, ambas de oro.

Shavdatuashvili se impuso al húngaro Miklos Ungvari, quien debió consolarse con la plata. El bronce fue para el surcoreano Cho Jun-Ho, quien derrotó al español Sugoi Uriarte.


Kum dio cuenta de Bermoy en la final dentro de la categoría de los 52 kilogramos. El bronce quedó en manos de la francesa Priscilla Gneto, que se impuso a la belga Ilse Heylen.
