Thierry Henry no quiso quedarse atrás luego de los golazos de David Beckham el fin de semana y este miércoles con una sorprendente anotación dio el triunfo a los New York Red Bulls 1-0 sobre el Chicago Fire.

A 20 minutos del final y con el marcador empatado a cero, el francés controló el balón con el pecho en el área y sacó tremendo disparo que dejó sin oportunidad al portero Sean Johnson.

Este es el primer gol de Henry desde el 28 de abril, con lo que llegó a la decena en la temporada. El triunfo le sirve a los neoyorquinos para trepar al segundo lugar de la Conferencia Este, mientras que el Fire quedó en cuarto.
