KIEV, Ucrania (AP) — Francia se clasificó a los cuartos de la final de la Eurocopa por la puerta trasera al sucumbir el martes 2-0 ante Suecia y recibir la ayuda del triunfo ante Inglaterra ante Ucrania.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic marcó uno de los mejores goles del torneo, una acrobática volea a los 54 minutos, para permitir que Suecia se despidiera del torneo con el consuelo de un triunfo.

Tras una serie de rechazos, Sebastian Larsson anotó el segundo sueco en los minutos de descuento sobre el final.

La derrota cortó una racha de 23 partidos sin perder de Francia, que de todas formas se quedó con el segundo lugar del Grupo D luego que Inglaterra venció 1-0 a Ucrania

En cuartos de final, Francia chocará con España el sábado e Inglaterra lo hará con Italia al día siguiente.
