Cristiano Ronaldo 2nd Goal vs Netherland |... por hackeryamazaky

KHARKIV, Ucrania (AP) — Después de tanto tiempo debiendo en las grandes citas, Cristiano Ronaldo se iluminó el domingo en esta Eurocopa al marcar los dos goles con los que Portugal venció 2-1 a Holanda para avanzar a los cuartos de final.


El delantero del Real Madrid no había brillado en los dos partidos previos de Portugal en el Grupo B, el de la Muerte, perdiéndose varios goles cantados.


Pero apareció en el momento más apremiante de Portugal. Su primer gol en el torneo, a los 28 minutos, empató el partido ante los holandeses, y luego sentenció a los 74.


El segundo gol de Cristiano fue de magnífica factura. Perfilado por la izquierda dentro del área, aguantó con la pelota atada a los pies, hizo que un zaguero rival se desparramara solo y finalmente remató a placer con su derecha.


Obligada a ganar para seguir en carrera, Holanda encajó su tercera derrota en igual número de partidos en Ucrania y Polonia 2012. El prematuro adiós fue un decepcionante desenlace para un equipo que vino con etiqueta de favorito y con la condición de subcampeón mundial en Sudáfrica 2010.


Holanda arriesgó con todo al alinear desde el vamos a la dupla de centrodelanteros conformada por Klaas-Jan Huntelaar y Robin van Persie.


Rafael van der Vaart adelantó a Holanda a los 11 minutos, pero Portugal supo reaccionar.
