Salma Hayek se quita la ropa y aparece como stripper una vez más en su filmografía, dentro de su nueva película 'Americano', que se estrena este próximo 15 de junio.
En la cinta, la actriz veracruzana interpreta a una mujer que, para ganarse la vida, trabaja no sólo como stripper, sino también como prostituta.
'Americano' es un proyecto del actor, director y escritor Mathieu Demy, y se centra en un agente de bienes raíces parisino (él mismo) que viaja a Tijuana, México para rastrear los orígenes de su madre, cuando ella muere.
En su travesía se topa con el personaje de Salma, que alguna vez conoció a su difunta madre. Pero... ¿qué tan amigas eran? Pronto descubre que no puede confiar en ella.
Como recordarás, no es la primera vez que Hayek ha hecho de stripper. En 'Dogma' también bailó en el tubo y, más inolvidable, en 'From Dusk Til Dawn' lo hizo con tremendo pitón alrededor del cuello.

El director ganador del Oscar Steven Soderbergh filma una historia sobre strippers masculinos, basado en las experiencias de Channing Tatum antes de iniciar su carrera en Hollywood. La cinta con más latinos del verano (entre ellos Salma Hayek, Demián Bichir, Benicio del Toro, Mia Maestro y Sandra Echeverría) será también la más polémica. Dirigida por Oliver Stone, sigue a dos chicos (Taylor Kitsch y Aaron Johnson) que deben rescatar a su novia de narcotraficantes mexicanos.
ICE AGE 4 - julio 13
La cuarta parte de esta exitosísima saga tiene por supuesto a John Leguizamo de regreso como el molesto perezoso Sid, pero además, se les une en esta ocasión una "tigresa" dientes de sable con la voz de Jennifer Lopez, quien será el interés romántico de Diego, el otro tigre interpretado por Denis Leary.
RUBY SPARKS - julio 25
De los mismos de 'Little Miss Sunshine' viene otra cinta protagonizada por Paul Dano, como un escritor que de repente descubre que el personaje que está escribiendo, su chica ideal, ha cobrado vida. Antonio Banderas y Annette Bening también actúan, aunque apenas y los vislumbramos en el avance.
STEP UP REVOLUTION - julio 27
El fenómeno de estas cintas musicales se muda a Miami, donde veremos espectaculares secuencias de baile en Ocean Drive y otros típicos lugares aderezadas por música latina de artistas como Pitbull. Ryan Guzman encabeza el elenco y a los chicos del grupo de baile.
THE LONELIEST PLANET - agosto 24
Gael García Bernal protagoniza esta película independiente sobre una pareja comprometida para casarse que dejan que un guía de turistas los asesore en su expedición por las montañas de Georgia. Ha sido presentada en numerosos festivales, como el de Toronto y New York.
