SEVILLA, España (AP) — Andrés Iniesta gestó una gran jugada y David Silva definió para darle a España un triunfo el domingo 1-0 ante una porfiada China, en su último partido amistoso antes de emprender su empresa de buscar repetir como campeón de la Eurocopa.

A seis minutos del final, Iniesta aprovechó un balón suelto y avanzó por el costado izquierdo hasta llegar al fondo. El volante del Barcelona cedió atrás a Silva, quien se encargó de empujar la pelota a las redes.

China fue mejor en el primer tiempo, en gran medida por las imprecisiones de España. El equipo chino, dirigido por el ex seleccionador español José Antonio Camacho, se hizo peligroso con el contragolpe.

La entrada de Iniesta, Fernando Torres y Jesús Navas en el segundo tiempo sirvió para que España fuese más incisivo. Raúl Albiol estrelló un balón en el travesaño tras un córner e Iniesta hizo otro con un disparo desde dentro del área. Torres también tuvo un par de ocasiones que fueron contenidas por el arquero chino.
